Make your own Dragon Ball w/ Stars in CSS only.

This is the same Dragon Ball I made on the calculator. I had a blast making it, so I decided to create this light codepen so you could make one and copy the code. You can change this CSS and html all you want, see the results and take the code below. There is no limits to this, if you make a mistake, hit reset, and the code goes back to normal.
